We grow the tennis at your venue. For free.

Busier courts, clear programmes and a stronger local tennis community. We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, so we are funded through the coaching we run and only do well when your courts get busier. No fee to the club.

What we take on

  • Programmes — a simple coaching programme, with pathways from first lesson to regular player
  • Coaches — we recruit, mentor and support them
  • Promotion — open days, school tasters, newsletters and social media
  • Club running — online bookings, membership and LTA registration

Choose how much of the business you want to own

Not every coach wants the same thing. Some want to coach and leave the rest to us. Others want to run their own business with our systems behind them.

There is more than one way to work with us. Some coaches just want to coach: we handle the venues, bookings, payments and admin, and you turn up and deliver. Others want to take on more, helping grow the programme or leading a local coaching business with our systems and support behind them. And if you are already running your own coaching business, you can use our platform, products and brand to do it your way. Tell us where you are and what you want to build, and we will talk through the options that fit.

Every level includes our booking and payment systems, CRM with automated sales follow-ups, safeguarding framework and coaching products. You can work across several venues at any level.

We Do Tennis is excited to be one of the few organisations selected by the LTA to participate in the traineeship scheme. This initiative is part of the LTA's effort to enhance tennis coaching opportunities across the country.

As a key partner, We Do Tennis is committed to delivering a high-quality training programme that aligns with the LTA's vision, offering aspiring coaches a unique pathway to develop their careers.

Please note: This programme is not a statutory-regulated apprenticeship.

What A Week Looks Like

Trainee schedules vary depending on your level and stage of development. There is no single standard weekly timetable; the schedule reflects where you are in the programme.
