Price Freeze Loyalty
We hate companies that offer better deals to new customers, to the detriment of existing, long-term ones. That's why we've introduced the following loyalty scheme:
- No price rises for a minimum of 18 months after joining
- Available across all venues, at all times
- Keep your DD live and enjoy continuous benefits
*Prices based on coach qualifications. We reserve the right to increase prices if your coach gains additional qualifications.

We know that many of our new players join us after recommendations from current players, and we think this deserves a reward!

Weekly Tennis Coaching Information
At We Do Tennis, we're able to run great tennis programmes at fantastic value across all of our venues. Please see below for session dates, and how the payment system works.
Payment Information
- Payments are made upfront, monthly by Direct Debit, collected on the first working day of the month.
- You can join our scheme at anytime. If you join mid-month, your first DD payment will be at the beginning of the following month.
- We only charge you for 40 weeks per year, but will aim to run 45 sessions per year. This covers weeks where sessions may be cancelled due to weather.
- The amount we charge per session is determined by maximum numbers, length of time, coach qualifications, and venue facilities.
Programme Timings
- We normally run 5 x 9 week programmes throughout the year, with the 9th week being match week, where all players are encouraged to compete in our social matches.
- After the 9 weeks we have a one week break. We take two weeks off in the summer, and two weeks at Christmas.
- Our clubs ask us to ensure that all our regular players become members of the club. This is normally a small fee and gives you access to courts and club facilities.
- Players are more than welcome to play across clubs, or more than once per week. Speak to your coach for more information.
Weather Policy
- We always aim to run our sessions, whenever it is safe to do so. Please see our weather policy below for more details.
- Our philosophy and starting point are that we do not cancel lessons – our coaches will aim to be at the venue ready to coach whenever possible.
- In the event that we have to cancel, we will do this near the start time (as the weatherman often gets it wrong!). Cancelled sessions are rescheduled where possible.
Cancelling Your Bookings
- There is no obligation to stay on the programme, but please give us notice by the 10th of the month if you wish to leave.
- Please e-mail admin@wedotennis.co.uk with any cancellation requests. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions.
- Our prices are reviewed every year, and we will notify you well in advance of any price changes.
- Remember: existing members benefit from our Price Freeze loyalty scheme!

Child Safety is Paramount at WDT
Each venue will have its own Welfare Officer and policies, that you can find on their website or noticeboard. If you want more information about safeguarding at We Do Tennis, please email training@wedotennis.co.uk
All of our coaches are LTA Accredited, meaning they have all completed a national safeguarding course and have a current DBS certificate.
We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure we run safe, inclusive and fun activities for all.
