We are delighted to be running parks tennis across Newcastle upon Tyne, on behalf of Newcastle City Council. LTA Free Park Tennis runs at Paddy Freemans Park, Leazes Park and Armstrong Park, with ongoing coaching at Paddy Freemans, Gosforth Central, Exhibition and Leazes Park.

Become a Tennis Activator!
Free Park Tennis is a session offering free tennis activity at your local park. Equipment is provided, for all ages and abilities, run by a team of volunteers. You do not need to be a fantastic tennis player to support - just passionate about helping others play and get active.
Activator Form
Various parks — Saturday or Sunday 10am–11am.
Paddy Freemans Park (NE2 2EY) | Saturdays 10am
LTA Free Park Tennis — fun, social tennis at a local park court. Free for all juniors and adults and for all abilities, run by a team of trained volunteers. Sessions are NOT coaching. All children under 13 must be accompanied by a playing adult (18 and over).
Leazes Park (NE1 4LY) | Sundays 10am
LTA Free Park Tennis at Leazes Park. Free for all juniors and adults and for all abilities. Sessions are NOT coaching.
Armstrong Park (NE6 5QJ) | Saturdays 10am
LTA Free Park Tennis at Armstrong Park. Free for all juniors and adults and for all abilities. Sessions are NOT coaching.
