"Price Freeze" - How it Works (Click here)
We hate companies that offer better deals to its new customers, to the detriment of existing, long-term customers. This is why we have our WDT Loyalty Scheme, where the longer you stay with us the more you save.
- We guarantee that whenever you join us, you won’t see any prices rises for a minimum of 18 months, and that moving forwards, you will be two price brackets (a price bracket is equivalent to £2.50 per month, or £30 a year) below the new member rate. This means savings of at least £60 per year per player*
- This offer is in place across all of our venues, at all times, for players that keep their DD live and running each month
- Once a player leaves our programme they will need to re-join at the new member rate
*Please note that our prices are based on a coaches qualifications, we reserve the right to increase the prices should your coach complete the next LTA coaching qualification (we will give you plenty of notice of any changes)
"Refer-A-Friend" - How it Works (Click here)
We know that many of our new players join us after recommendations from current players, and we think this is a great way to grow participation at our venues. Therefore, for any new players you recommend to us, that go onto to join our DD programme, you will receive one month of coaching completely free.
The Refer A Friend scheme Terms & Conditions:
- You will receive your free month once both yourself and your referred ‘friend’ have paid one month’s Direct Debit*
- Family members are now INCLUDED in our referral scheme
- Only new people who have joined the programme can receive this reward, i.e. your friend can’t have had coaching with us before
- This is only available for our regular coaching sessions and adult courses (Direct Debit payments) and not the We Do Teen Tennis or We Do Starter Courses
- Your friend cannot have attended a taster session before you submit the ‘Refer a Friend’ form
- You must use the ‘Refer a friend’ form (button below) for the referrer to get a free month
- You can refer more than one friend during your time with We Do Tennis. For example, refer six friends and get six months free
- We will email you back with the details of your free month when your friend has joined the scheme
*We will pause your Direct Debit payment the month after the first DD payment is taken for the new player. E.g. refer a friend at the end of March, whose first payment comes out in April, you will then receive May completely free
Weekly Tennis Coaching Information
- Payments are made upfront, monthly by Direct Debit, collected on the first working day of the month. We charge the same amount per month, irrespective of how many sessions there are in a month
- You can join our scheme at anytime, if you join mid month your first DD payment will be the beginning of the following month and we will use our payment system to charge you a pro rata amount for the first few sessions
- We only charge you for 40 weeks per year, but will aim to run 45 sessions per year. This covers weeks where you may not be able to make the sessions
- The amount we charge per session is determined by maximum numbers, length of time, coach qualification and may vary across our venues
- We normally run 5 x 9 week programmes throughout the year, with the 9th week being match week, where our coaches run competitions in all of the sessions
- After the 9 weeks we have a one week break. We take two weeks off in the summer, and two weeks at Christmas (see below for our yearly calendar)
- Our clubs ask us to ensure that all our regular players become members of the club. This is normally a nominal cost, but helps the club access funding for their facilities. We will send you information regarding membership at your club if applicable
- Players are more than welcome to play across clubs, or more than once per week. Speak to your coach for more information
- We always aim to run our sessions, whenever it is safe to do so, please see our weather policy below
- Our philosophy and starting point are that we do not cancel lessons – our coaches will aim to be at the venue, providing it is safe to do so
- In the event that we have to cancel, we will do this near the start time (as the weatherman often gets it wrong and weather can change very quickly)
- There is no obligation to stay on the programme, but please give us notice by the 10th of the month to stop at the end of that month, to enable us to fill the space on the programme. We will stop the payments with Go Cardless (our Direct Debit provider) to make things easier for you
- Please e-mail admin@wedotennis.co.uk with any cancellation requests. Please note that refunds will not be issued for missed sessions
- Our prices are reviewed every year, and we will notify you well in advance of any price changes.

Safeguarding at WDT
Child Safety is Paramount at WDT
Each venue will have it’s own Welfare Officer and policies, that you can find on their website or noticeboard. We also have a National Welfare Officer, Niki, who can be contacted at training@wedotennis.co.uk if you have any questions or concerns.
All of our coaches are LTA Accredited, meaning they have all completed a national safeguarding course within the last three years, have a DBS check and have been approved by the LTA to coach.
We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure we run safe, inclusive and fun activities at all times. We work closely with each venue and Club Welfare Officer to try and exceed the LTA safeguarding national standards
